About Me

I am a pediatric dietitian working at the heart of clinical care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and pediatric departments at Assaf Harofeh Medical Center (Shamir). My work includes developing personalized nutrition plans, supporting healthy growth and development, and guiding parents through the earliest stages of parenthood.

I work closely with a multidisciplinary medical team to ensure that every baby receives the best possible conditions for growth and development, even in complex medical situations.

In addition, I work as a pediatric dietitian with Clalit Health Services, where I provide consultations for families dealing with various childhood nutrition challenges.

These include guidance for:

  • Transitioning to solid foods
  • Picky eating in early childhood
  • Underweight or failure to thrive
  • Childhood overweight and obesity
  • Food allergies and sensitivities
  • Reflux, constipation, and other medical conditions

My experience includes leading workshops, providing professional training, and supporting families through both hospital care and community settings. This combination allows me to take complex nutritional challenges and turn them into clear, practical guidance for parents.

My philosophy: I believe that children's nutrition plays a central role in health and development. Parents deserve professional guidance that combines evidence-based knowledge with empathy, patience, and clear direction.

For me, this work is a true mission — helping families build healthy eating habits, supporting children through challenging stages, and creating sustainable long-term nutrition foundations.
